Certified in The Driven Method™
Therapy should not try to fix your nature, but harness the power of it.

I help clients understand precisely what is driving their issues and resolve them through a systematic method that produces lasting change, not just relief.

Where We Begin

You’re not here because something is wrong with you. You’re here because something specific is trying to happen, and it hasn’t had the right conditions yet. Understanding precisely what that is – that’s where we begin.

What I Help With

Depression: The spark has gone out. Not because you’ve given up, but because something in you has been pressing forward for too long without finding what it needs.

Anxiety: You’re being pulled in two directions at once, and neither feels like something you can let go of. That tension isn’t a malfunction. It’s signaling a developmental shift.

Grief and loss: Someone you love is gone, through death, rejection, or distance. You can’t stop thinking about them. That longing isn’t something to “move on” from. It’s an essential process that hasn’t been given the right conditions to complete itself.

Trauma: Something happened, and part of you is still there. Not because you’re stuck, but because it hasn’t been fully digested yet.

Addiction: You keep returning to something, a substance, a behavior, a relationship—even when you don’t want to. That urge isn’t weakness, and it isn’t random. It’s reaching for something real.

Couples therapy: Two people, each with their own needs pulling them in different directions, trying to build something together. Conflict in a relationship isn’t a sign that something has gone wrong. It’s a stage of development requiring new tools and understanding.

Identity issues: You’ve changed, or life has changed around you, and who you are no longer fits. The disorientation is real, and it’s telling you something specific.

Life transitions: The structure that used to hold you is gone. A new one hasn’t arrived yet. That gap is not empty. It’s full of something new trying to emerge.

Personal growth, motivation, and purpose: There are places, people, and experiences that pull you, often without knowing why. That pull is not random. It’s pointing toward who you are and who you’re becoming.

Shame, self-criticism, perfectionism: You feel flawed—that you yourself are the problem—that something is fundamentally wrong with you. But what feels like a character flaw is not a flaw at all. It is your essential compass that’s just been misread.

My Approach

Most people leave therapy feeling heard. That matters, but it isn’t enough. Too often, the same themes keep circling. You get insight, but nothing really moves. But we want something to move, and to do it efficiently.

What I do differently is that, rather than focus on surface symptoms, I identify precisely what is driving it. Every presenting issue has a specific cause. Not a general one. A specific one. And once that cause is identified, the therapy follows a systematic process, one that moves with your nature rather than against it.

You don’t need to change who you are.
